Inspiration

Ashley (a girl I work with) and I had been talking about going 4 wheeling. She didn't know too many places really in this area to go so we suggested to go up to Inspiration. She brought her friend Angie.

I got a little more wet that I thought I would... and a mouth full of mud but it was great!! Kennedy was not happy that she didn't get to play in the mud.

Those white dots are mountain goats. We saw a herd of them across the basin from us. Only about 10 of them.

Kennedy CRASHED. She was out. Goggles up over here eyes, arms were flapping all limp. There was no waking her she was OUT.

We loaded up the trailer and headed for home. We'd just merged onto the road and got to a good freeway speed and *THUNK* Looked back and the trailer tire had started to shred. We pulled over as soon as we could and saw that we'd LOST half the tread! It peeled right off. We weren't in a good spot to change a tire and our spare was at home.

So we limped it home as slow as we could. We were only maybe 10 min from home when the tread started to come off. About 5 min from home we lost the other half of the tread. We were going down the side of the road about 15-20 mph watching the tire hoping it lasted! We made it home and for quite a while it held air! We sure lucked out!!
