Jerky Gun

I bought a jerky gun the other day. I was so excited I didn't even know they made such things! I told Joe its like they combined two of my fav things into one word!! My friend at work Kris made me some fantastic jerky and told me all about how to make it!

This my friends is a jerky gun. You put ground meat in it. I ground up some deer, added the season mix and ground it again so its nice and tender. You put it in the gun (which is awesome..) Then you squeeze it onto the tray of the food dehydrator.

Then you fill the trays up! This is my 2nd batch on one day

This jerky was fantastic! I bought a NESCO gun and spice mix. It was so simple and easy to use and make! I so recommend it.
