Misc weekened adventures

Kennedy is such a nerd. She kept trying on all these hats she could find and asking how she looked.. This one was just too funny. She pulled it down over her eyes and it matched up perfect!
On Sunday Kennedy Parker and I headed up to the Indoor Archery range while Joe went to his Blue Knights meeting. On Sundays its like a big potluck where everyone just hangs out and shoots and eats! Here's a picture of Mom and Liz. Moms shooting recurve and Liz is shooting a compound.
3 yahoos watching

On the way up there I passed this nice 4pt buck hit on the side of the road. I was amazed no one had stolen his antlers. That's one thing about where we live. There are deer ALL OVER. They flock into the orchards like mad. You have to be so careful for a good 5 miles on each side of our house because they are everywhere!
One benefit that deer hunting has is it helps reduce the number of deer hit on the side of the road with some population control. I'd much rather see a deer in someones freezer being eaten and utilized than wasted on the side of the road.
Speaking of deer.. Well remember how my sisters are twins. How they both bought manual transmission silver Suzuki cars?!?? Last week Liz's car had some problems and had to be towed back to the dealer. She was out a car for about a week. Well tonight Elysha, Parker, Liz and Kinlie were driving home from the mall. About 30 seconds from Liz's house when Elysha hit a fawn at about 40mph.
Fawn vs car= this!
Elyshas new car is pretty smashed up but thankfully everyone is ok! But I bet she'll be out her car for about a week or two!!
