Polar Bear Ride

The Blue Knights that Joe is a part of had a Polar Bear ride on Sunday. Just a little get together of who ever wanted to go out and ride. For it being February it actually was a really nice day! We had to meet in Ogden at 1030. It was already about 47 degrees!! We all met at the parking lot outside of work. Gents wife brought polar bears for us to put on our bikes.
There were only six bikes ten people who showed up.
We headed down Harrison/89 into Farmington and got onto Legacy. Went to aprox 2100 s and got onto 215 and hopped off onto 400 e to go along the mountain ridge.

We rode into Layton and stopped at NYPD pizza. Which is kind of funny because to be in the Blue Knights you have to be a sworn police officer. The food wasn't too bad. Mostly Italian. The atmosphere was neat inside though and their menu items had cute names.

It was a really nice ride. Got aprox 100 miles on the bikes and got to go play for a minute! The weather was great and since it was Sunday there wasn't hardly any traffic!
